DESCRIPTION:I’ll be at the Author’s Pavilion at Norsk Høstfest\, North America’s largest Scandinavian festival. I’ll be attending with all of Hekla Publishing’s books\, including an exciting new cookbook being released September 1st! \nThis annual event is a celebration of the rich cultural heritage of the Nordic countries\, including Denmark\, Finland\, Iceland\, Norway\, and Sweden. The festival features a variety of traditional activities\, including authentic Nordic food\, music and dance performances\, artisan crafts\, and cultural exhibits. Held at the North Dakota State Fair Grounds in Minot\, North Dakota\, the festival will take place from September 24th to 27th\, 2025
